By creating an account, uploading a resume, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ResumeAI provides AI-powered resume analysis, including but not limited to: resume-to-job matching scores, skill gap identification, ATS keyword optimization, interview question preparation, and resume bullet point improvement suggestions. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
The Service offers a limited number of free resume analyses. Once the free tier is exhausted, you may upgrade to a Pro plan by making a one-time payment. All payments are processed via UPI. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

All content, design, branding, and technology associated with ResumeAI are the intellectual property of Dune AI. You retain ownership of the resumes and documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The analysis, suggestions, scores, and recommendations provided by ResumeAI are generated using artificial intelligence models. These outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. We do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or ATS compatibility. Users should exercise their own judgment and review all AI-generated suggestions before applying them.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your resume data solely to deliver the Service and do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dune AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dune AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and indemnification) will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
